Shear-Filter Cake Shear Test

Xinjiang customers send materials to test the shear effect of filter cake. The filter cake with an initial particle size of 10cm can reach a fineness of 0.5cm-1cm through the shear machine of our production testing machine, meeting the actual production requirements of customers.

Fleck shear machine is a kind of multi-function energy-saving shear crusher, the main function is used for cans, mineral water bottles, paint bucket, filter cake and other materials shear crushing. The equipment is composed of cutting blades, shafts, motors, speed reducers, etc. The crushing cavity is generally composed of dozens or hundreds of hexagonal or octagonal sharp blades. The two-axis design alternately overlaps and shears each other. According to the angle of the blades, the spiral crushing zone is arranged to tear the masseter muscle of solid materials and impurities in all directions more effectively, thus effectively ensuring the energy-saving effect of loading, unloading, storage and transportation. In addition, if solid materials cannot be cut and crushed during the shearing and crushing work, the equipment will automatically reverse and eliminate faults to realize intelligent control of the whole process (automatic control operating system shall be configured).
