Operating steps of shearing machine

Be sure to wear a helmet, braids into the hat, can not wear skirts, slippers, scarves to operate the machine.

2. The operator must be familiar with the structure, performance and operation method of the equipment. Use of the device over performance is prohibited.

3. Check the amount of oil in the oil cup before starting the shearing machine, and add grease according to the equipment lubrication requirements.

4. Before work, the upper and lower blades should be cut first, and the blade gap should be determined according to the thickness of the shear plate. Generally, between 5 ~ 7% of the thickness of the plate to be cut, the flywheel should be rotated by hand every time the gap is adjusted, and the upper and lower blades should be reciprocated once, and the gap should be checked with the rule of feeler gauge.

5, accordingshearing machineAs required by the workpiece, loosen the positioning baffle bolt, adjust the size and position of the positioning baffle, and make it firm. Before working, try to run the air for 2~3 times to confirm that the lubrication is good and there is no abnormality before working.

6. It is forbidden to tighten the brake or adjust the blade gap by knocking. When adjusting the gap between the guide rail and the blade, it should be stopped before it can be carried out.

7. It is forbidden to put your hand into the cutting zone during the work, and it is not allowed to pick up materials by hand.

8, workbench shall not be placed on other items, so as not to enter the mouth and damage the blade.

9. When cutting plates of different thicknesses and materials, the pressure of the plate spring and the blade gap should be properly adjusted to prevent the spring from collapsing or damaging the edge. Do not cut the sheet.

10. Always pay attention to the abnormal failure of the clamping mechanism, clutch and brake; when cutting, you should concentrate on cutting. If there is any abnormal phenomenon, immediately stop cutting off, cut off the power supply, and notify relevant personnel for maintenance.

11. The edge of the blade must be kept sharp. If it is damaged, worn or passivated, it should be polished or replaced in time.

12. After the work is over, cut off the power supply and maintain the equipment.

The new crocodile shearing machine will have individual hammers stuck too tightly because the machine is still in the running-in period, thus failing to achieve the desired crushing effect during operation. Processing method:

1. Turn off the machine, cut off the power, and turn it by hand. After injecting an appropriate amount of lubricating oil, fix the main shaft and rotate it with a caliper to make the main shaft move back and forth to achieve a flexible state.

2. After the shearing machine is used for a period of time, the weight of the crocodile shearing head will be reduced or even damaged due to wear. Treatment method: replace the full set of the main machine head to reduce the vibration caused by poor quality and prevent machine damage.

3. Repair the hammer installation error in the assembly of the shearer. When the hammer head is in use, in order to prevent the weight of the rotor from losing balance, all the hammer heads in the crocodile skin shearing machine must rotate together, otherwise it will produce strong vibration during operation.

4. When the bearing clearance of the leather shear exceeds the limit or is damaged, the problem can be solved by replacing the new bearing. The difference in weight between the two groups of hammerhead sharks was more than 5 grams. The method of elimination is to adjust the weight of the hammer so that the difference between the two weights is less than 5 grams.

5. The main shaft of the leather shearing machine is bent and deformed. The solution is to straighten or replace.

6. The weight of other parts on the rotor of the crocodile skin shearing machine is unbalanced, and the balance needs to be carefully checked and adjusted.
