Crushing pump - pigment crushing test

A company in Shandong brought materials to our company for testing. The materials are red pigment in a slurry state, containing 1-5mm crystals. After being ground by a fine grinding pump, the material is discharged with a delicate and dense texture, which meets production requirements.

Fine grinding pumps are mainly used for grinding and refining various fragile particles such as crystals, clumps, agglomerates, sticky blocks, filter cakes, etc. in pipeline fluids, which can greatly improve the material reaction process and effectively ensure the flow capacity of the downstream pump valve. In the process of crushing and grinding, the fluid and liquid material must pass through a shear zone, a three-stage grinding zone, and ten dispersion and refinement steps before finally being extruded in a curved manner from a tooth groove channel of about 0.3-0.6mm, forming a high-speed, high-pressure, and high-frequency atomization phenomenon, thereby more effectively improving the crushing, dispersion, and emulsification ability of particles.
