Check before starting the equipment
Before starting up every day, the workshop mechanic will check whether the steam, power supply, hydraulic pump and cooling water supply are normal. The operator checks whether the steam, cooling water, hydraulic pump and other valves are normal. OPERATING OPENlarge emulsifying machineUpper cover, sensory inspection pot clean(No dirt, dead angle accumulation, no peculiar smell)No foreign objects and iron objects exist. The following operations can only be carried out if the above is confirmed to be correct, otherwise it will be handed over to the machine maintenance personnel for handling.
Boot
Manually close the switch that controls the electrical cabinet when starting up.(Note that hands must be kept dry). Turn on the power supply of the control box and the power supply of the display, and the temperature display starts to show the temperature in the pot.
Equipment operation heating
Manually open the feeding valve on the upper part of the main pot,Avoid positive pressure in the emulsifying pot, Close the inlet cooling water valve and outlet cooling water valve,Open steam trap and condensate valve,Drain the cooling water in the pot body interlayer. Close the steam condensate valve and open the steam inlet valve. Start the "heating" operation procedure and steam starts to flow into the pot body interlayer. During the steam heating process, continuously observe the steam pressure gauge index and adjust the steam inlet valve so that the steam pressure does not exceed the working pressure of the interlayer.0.33Mpa. When the pot body is heated to close to the temperature required by the process, close the steam inlet valve. After heating, the remaining steam in the interlayer is gradually discharged from the trap.
Cool off the drain valve manually.
Open the inlet cooling water valve and the outlet cooling water valve, start the "cooling" operation procedure, and the cooling water starts to flow into the pot body interlayer. During the cooling process, the inlet and outlet valves can be adjusted to adjust the cooling water pressure and flow, and the pressure does not exceed the working pressure of the interlayer0.33Mpa. After cooling according to the process requirements, close the cooling water inlet valve and the cooling water outlet valve. If it is necessary to maintain the temperature, open the trap and condensate drain valve to drain the remaining cooling water in the interlayer.
Stirring, according to the speed points have different speed, manually adjust the inverter knob control. When in use, start the stirring button, adjust the speed, the pot will start stirring, need to stop the first speed to zero, and then close. The homogenizer must be started after the lid is closed. During the mixing process, the upper cover cannot be opened.
Close the valves of each part. Turn off the display of the control box and the power supply of the host, and finally turn off the total power supply of the control cabinet. Close all water and steam valves.
