       Tubular reactor is fixed in the pipeline under the action of multiple groups of structural units, improve the gas and liquid in the pipeline turbulence and contact area, can improve the micro-mixing in the tubular reactor, the micro-mixing efficiency can be compared with the same conditions of ordinary empty tube reaction increased by an order of magnitude. Moreover, under the same energy dissipation rate, the tubular reactor can improve the micromixing under both laminar and turbulent flow conditions, and its micromixing efficiency is higher than that of continuous stirring.

     

    Note: The user provides relevant parameters of material characteristics, or brings materials to the production base for on-site testing, and the manufacturer selects the internal structure of the grinding disc according to the characteristics of the medium.
