When the solid content is ≥ 30% or the solid particle content is large, please increase the model or motor accordingly during selection. When the lift is higher than 20 meters or high viscosity, please reduce the number of 90 elbows, or change to 135 elbows, and the pump port pressure is ≤ 0.2PMa.

Product Principle

The slag crushing refiner is designed and manufactured on a special rotating stator with a combination of shearing zone, crushing zone, grinding zone, conveying zone, etc.: a new type of crushing and refining equipment for multi-functional residue re-pulping with crushing and refining as the body. Widely used in all kinds of filter cake, filter residue, slag, slag and other kinds of residue grinding pulp. In the crushing process, the residue must be mixed with water or liquid before entering the crushing pump through the pipeline. After entering the pump body of the slag crushing and pulping machine, a shearing blade is first provided to shear, tear and crush large particles. After tearing into small particles, the centrifugal force is cut by the conveying impeller and sent to the crushing and grinding zone. After reaching a certain fineness, the conveying impeller sends the refined slurry out of the pump. The shell of the residue crushing and pulping machine is generally made of 304 stainless steel. The rotating stator is forged with wear-resistant high alloy and quenched. The plane shear crushing distance after the rotating stator is combined is generally 0.3mm (the adjustable distance between the rotating stators is (0.3-8mm), and the conveying lift can reach 6-20 meters. All residues entering the residue crushing and pulping machine must be fragile crystals, lumps, agglomerates, sticky lumps, filter cakes and other solid-liquid mixed materials. Metal substances such as iron wire nuts and stone bricks are strictly prohibited from entering the pump body. The solid particle content of the materials is ≤ 30%. The maximum feed particle of the large-diameter residue crushing pulping machine is about 100mm. The discharge particles after crushing and refining are determined according to the user's requirements.

Note: The user provides relevant parameters of material characteristics, or brings materials to the production base for on-site testing, and the manufacturer selects the internal structure of the grinding disc according to the characteristics of the medium.
