Main structure of Fulaike rice wet refiner

The main structure of rice grinding machine is composed of rough grinding equipment, fine grinding equipment and control system.

1. rough grinding: it is composed of two symmetrical grinding rice special rollers. the outer layer of the roller body in contact with rice is made of high chromium, nickel, molybdenum and other high-quality stainless alloys. the roller has the characteristics of high hardness, high strength, good wear resistance, heat crack resistance, peeling resistance, corrosion resistance, rust resistance and durability. the product quality reaches the standard of Q/ZJT001-2003 "high chromium wear resistance and corrosion resistance crushing roller. The adjustment gap between the pair of rollers is generally designed to be 0.05-0.1mm.

2. fine grinding: the rotating stator is made of high-quality dual-phase stainless alloy steel forging, with the characteristics of tight phase structure, high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and impact resistance. The working cavity of the rotator is formed by precise arrangement of thousands of crushed teeth with staggered teeth and unevenness, and the distance between the rotator and the rotator can be adjusted to 0.05-0.1mm according to the material properties and requirements to ensure the fineness requirements of the discharge.

Main functions of Fulaike rice wet refiner

The main function of the Fulaike rice wet refiner is to meter the rice roll work bin with water after the rice is soaked, and the roll speed is 800r/min and 1000r/min respectively. The interval between the two rollers is 0.05-0.1mm, and the coarse ground rice pulp discharge particles generally flow into the fine grinding pump after 20-40 mesh. due to the rapid shearing and crushing of 10 million times per minute by the high-speed rotating mechanical knife teeth, the rice particles are refined into 60-100 mesh micro particles, reaching about ~ 200 mesh.

Due to the different requirements of users for rice pulp, medium-sized equipment and large-scale equipment can be designed.
