The working principle of the high-shear dye beater is that under the high-speed drive of the motor, the material moves at high speed in the narrow space between the multi-layer rotor and the stator. Under the action of a special structure, the material is subjected to hundreds of thousands of high-speed shear per minute in the working cavity, forming a strong hydraulic shear and turbulence, and generating strong centrifugal force at the same time, so that the material in the high-speed shear, friction extrusion, grinding and other comprehensive role under the coordination of shear homogenization, crushing and refining process requirements. The higher the rotating speed of the rotating stator in the working cavity, the greater the shearing force, and the finer the cogging, the better. The interval between the rotating stators can also be adjusted at any time according to the viscosity and homogeneity requirements of the material (the adjustable distance between the rotating stators is 0-5mm). The material refinement degree is about 1 μm after high-speed shear grinding and homogenization.
