Product Principle

The main structure is as follows. The converter stator of the Fulek ultra-fine dispersion emulsifying machine is formed by staggered arrangement and precision matching of hundreds to tens of thousands of uneven teeth in the working cavity, and the shear surface area of the teeth is more than 2 times larger than the plane area of the converter stator. The material must withstand tens of millions of times of strong shearing, high-speed collision, crushing and grinding, and high-frequency oscillation when passing through this delicate and narrow channel, therefore, the triangular dog tooth design of the stator is one of the equipment with high precision, difficult to manufacture and good effect in the crushing dispersion and emulsification equipment, and the fineness is high, the stability is good, and the minimum refinement can reach 0.05 μm.

Note: The user provides relevant parameters of material characteristics, or brings materials to the production base for on-site testing, and the manufacturer selects the internal structure of the grinding disc according to the characteristics of the medium.
