Product Principle

The high-shear vertical emulsifying machine consists of a frame, a rotating stator and a dispersing wheel. Driven by a motor, a small dispersing plate installed in the middle of the tank quickly starts to work, dispersing, cutting, floating in the middle and upper parts and some additives. The formed pot flow just enhances the circulation of the overall liquid material and plays the role of dispersing, emulsifying and homogenizing the upper and lower layers at the same time. At the same time, the bottom emulsifying head is installed and the material is sucked in two directions. The material is sucked into the grinding zone from the middle and bottom. First, the inclined blade is used for cutting and dispersing, and then the grinding blade is used for crushing and emulsifying. In addition to withstanding violent mechanical movement and liquid shearing, the material is also subjected to extrusion, impact, tearing and friction. The whole process of the material continuously circulates and rolls up and down. With the cooperation of the precise rotor, stator and dispersion plate, the material particles are quickly torn and crushed into submicron fineness in a very short time to achieve the purposes of dispersion, emulsification and homogenization.

Note: The user provides relevant parameters of material characteristics, or brings materials to the production base for on-site testing, and the manufacturer selects the internal structure of the grinding disc according to the characteristics of the medium.
