产品原理

　　釜底乳化机是一种安装在反应釜底部的粉碎乳化均质设备，一般与立式乳化机、管线式乳化机等设备配合使用，并且更有效地解决其它设备无法解决的釜底沉积物的粉碎乳化等问题。

主要功能

　　在马达的驱动下，高速旋转的转子迅速将釜底的物料双向吸入转定子工作区，在狭窄的间隙内承受着剧烈机械运动和液力剪切，使物料剪切、撕裂、破碎，同时迅速与中、高层物料进行混合均质，并且更有效配合立式乳化机完成乳化均质、粉碎、混合反应等工艺工程。
