Product Principle

The working principle of the large particle crusher: mainly under the high-speed drive of the motor, when the particles of various sizes in the material enter the non-blocking crushing chamber channel of the rotor through the pipeline, they must bear hundreds of thousands of times of high-speed shearing of the conical serrated blade of the rotor and gradually roll to the axial and radial directions. under the action of the centrifugal force of the conical serrated blade of the rotor, the particles in the material are thrown into the oblique triangular rhombus cutter teeth on the outer side of the rotor and the triangular rhombus cutter teeth of the stator for centrifugal extrusion, high-speed cutting, crushing and grinding and other technological processes, and the material gradually moves to the crushing and grinding zone during crushing, squeezing and refining. Due to the strong high-speed shear effect and high-frequency oscillation effect generated by the superimposed crushing motion, the particles in the material are continuously subjected to shear crushing and grinding fineness to meet the particle size requirements specified by the user and then flow out of the pump discharge port. The material particles grinded by the large particle crusher are generally between 0.1~2mm (can also be determined according to the user's discharge requirements), and the general conveying lift can reach 3~12 meters, and the lift can reach ~ 50 meters.
