Product Principle

1. High shear dispersion mixer: it is composed of motor, dispersion disc, mixing blade and crushing disc. It is installed above the mixing tank. Its main function is to shear and crush the cement at high speed in water, disperse and mix it, and form a uniformly mixed cement slurry under the action of hydration reaction.

2. Mixing tank: it is welded by high-quality 304 stainless steel plate and barrel, with internal and external mirror polishing. The volume is divided into 100L 150L 200L, etc. The circulating pipe is composed of stainless steel pipe, which is mainly used for mixing and storing cement slurry.

3. High shear colloid mill: it is composed of motor, coupling body, shell, rotating stator, etc. The rotating stator grinding disc is of triangular dog tooth serrated structure, and is composed of multi-channel multi-layer shear grinding dog tooth groove. Its main function is to crush, grind, refine and transport cement particles.

The working principle of Nantong Flake cement slurry grinding machine group is that a high-speed mixer shears, breaks, mixes, and disperses in water after high-speed shearing, crushing, and then grinds the cement particles in the cement slurry hundreds of thousands of times per minute through a wet mill. After grinding, the cement slurry is returned to the mixing tank for high-speed stirring, grinding and grinding. The cement particles after repeated grinding and refinement are evenly distributed in the slurry and have good stability and strong permeability.
