Product Principle

The equipment configuration of the mixed shear grinding testing machine is as follows

The mixed shear mill is mainly equipped with 1 motor, 1 bearing seat, 1 head shell, 8L1 and 1 control box. The core structure of the hybrid shear mill is composed of three groups of rotary stators, respectively: mixed homogeneous rotary stator, cavitation dispersion emulsifying machine rotary stator, high shear colloid mill rotary mill, and one of the three groups of rotary stators can be assembled according to the material characteristics and requirements in the test. Can be equipped with: small reactor (20-50 liters) and electrical control box. The mixer in the reactor is an ordinary 0.75-1.5kw motor (see high shear vertical emulsifier for details)

Can also be equipped with: variable frequency motor, single-phase motor, explosion-proof motor, electrical control box
