The tar residue press pump is a kind of high-end technical equipment with various functions such as wet shearing, crushing and grinding, crushing and refining for tar residue, asphalt residue, heavy oil residue, coal residue and lime scum in asphalt. In terms of equipment design and manufacturing, Flake Company first considers integrating advanced design concepts and manufacturing experience into the unique innovative design and manufacturing of the rotating stator, in addition, the rotating stator is designed as a high-end crushing and grinding structure with squirrel cage cone triangular diamond cutter teeth, which makes this function more effectively reflect the grinding and refining effect when crushing large particles. The special structure design and manufacturing mode of the rotating stator is several times higher than that of the general wet crushing equipment, and it can reach the ideal. The technology of crushing and grinding is not only a fundamental change in the basic design of the rotating stator, but also a number of new extrusion crushing devices and slicing grinding devices are added to the same rotating stator, making the equipment design and manufacture more humanized and more energy-saving.

Mainly under the high-speed drive of the motor, when the particles of various sizes in the materials enter the non-blocking crushing chamber channel of the rotor through the pipeline, they must bear hundreds of thousands of times of high-speed shearing of the conical tooth blade of the rotor and gradually roll to the axial and radial directions. Under the action of the centrifugal force of the conical tooth blade of the rotor, the particles in the material are thrown into the oblique triangular-shaped cutter teeth on the outer side of the rotor and the triangular-shaped cutter teeth of the stator for centrifugal extrusion, high-speed cutting, crushing and grinding, etc., and the material gradually moves to the crushing and grinding zone during crushing, squeezing and refining. Due to the strong high-speed shear effect and high-frequency oscillation effect generated by the superimposed crushing motion, the particles in the material are continuously subjected to shear crushing and grinding fineness to meet the particle size requirements specified by the user and then flow out of the pump discharge port. The grinding mill grinding refined material particles are generally between 0.1~2mm (can also be determined according to the user's discharge requirements), the general conveying head can reach 3~12 meters, the head can reach ~ 50 meters.

Note: The user provides relevant parameters of material characteristics, or brings materials to the production base for on-site testing, and the manufacturer selects the internal structure of the grinding disc according to the characteristics of the medium.
