Product Principle

The working principle of the 1. shear type is that under the high-speed drive of the motor, the material forms a strong hydraulic shear and turbulence in the high-speed shear to obtain the process requirements such as mixing and homogenization. This shear type mixing pump is mainly adapted to the mixing and conveying of medium and low viscosity.

The working principle of the 2. straight blade type is to use the vacuum attraction generated by the high-speed rotating rotor blades to suck the medium and high-viscosity materials into the mixing chamber to withstand the high-speed cutting and mixing of the rotor blades, and then throw out the pump body by strong centrifugal force. The straight blade structure mixing pump is mainly used for the conveying process of medium and high-viscosity materials.
