纤维磨浆机 Product brief

Fiber refiner is a new type of high-end refining pulping equipment that uses a number of new technologies from Fulack. The core technology of the equipment can be continuously upgraded and improved according to different materials of customers, and a grinding machine can be configured with various types of stator. At present, it has been widely used in corn cob, bagasse, Chinese medicine residue, tea residue, soybean, cottonseed, rapeseed, chicken liver and pig pancreas, pig leather scrap, leather and chemical fiber cloth skin scrap, as well as plant roots, stems, leaves and fruits for wet grinding pulping. According to the user's use certificate, the power consumption of wet grinding slurry of materials is about 50% less than that of dry grinding, and wet grinding slurry will not produce high temperature, no dust flying, and environmental protection standards.

Product Principle

Fiber refiner adopts a diversified rotating stator structure, specifically grid type, ultra-fine type, step type, convex and concave type, grinding type, etc. These cores can meet the refining pulping process of various materials. The shell of the fiber refiner is made of stainless steel 304 and 316L. The shell can be provided with a heat preservation and cooling jacket. The material of the rotary mill can be 304 and 316L. The rotary mill can be nitriding treatment and quenching treatment to ensure more wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant when grinding materials. Secondly, the grinding gap of the rotary mill can be adjusted (the adjustable distance is 0-3mm).
