Product Principle

Main structure of marine garbage crushing pump

The main structure of the rotating stator of the marine garbage crushing pump is composed of several parts, such as the marine motor, the connecting device, the pump casing and so on. The pump casing is provided with inlet and outlet flanges. The working cavity of the pump body is composed of crescent knife, double-blade cutting knife, four-blade double-blade cutting knife, large-hole stator, multi-blade double-blade cutting knife, small-hole stator, centrifugal fan blade knife and thinning knife device, etc. Blade material optional: 304, 316L, 2205, 2Cr13. Shell material: 304, 316L. The feed friable particles may be around 20-40mm. The blade and hole diameter of the cutting disc are about 8-20mm for the coarse-hole stator, about 3-5mm for the medium-hole stator, and about 0.5-2mm for the refined discharging device. The size of the discharging particles is designed according to the needs of users. Generally, the discharging particles are about 1mm, the size of the discharging particles is designed according to the needs of users, and the solid content of the materials is not more than about 30%.

Marine crushing pump main function: is for solid objects, agglomerates, powder and other semi-fluid-like materials for high-speed cutting, crushing grinding, crushing refinement. The main process is to cut the super-large particles in the solid and liquid materials with crescent knife and two blades first, then distribute them to the four-blade double-edged knife and the large-hole stator for high-speed and strong shearing, and then enter the next shearing process. The particles coming out from the reverse side of the large-hole stator are subjected to high-speed shearing and crushing by the six-blade double-edged blade sandwiched between the large-hole stator and small-hole stators, the material coming down from the large hole is cut up and the material going into the fine-hole stator is cut down. We also design multiple centrifugal blades under the fine-hole stator to cut and crush the material coming down from the small hole again, and finally the object reaching the specified fineness is transported out by centrifugal force through the thinning device.

Note: The user provides relevant parameters of material characteristics, or brings materials to the production base for on-site testing, and the manufacturer selects the internal structure of the grinding disc according to the characteristics of the medium.
