Product Principle

Pipeline garbage shearing machine is a kind of multifunctional energy-saving shearing machine crusher, the main function is used for the pipeline fluid impurities and solid material shear crushing. The equipment is composed of cutting blades, shafts, motors, speed reducers, etc. The crushing cavity is generally composed of dozens or hundreds of hexagonal or octagonal Fengli blades. The thickness of the single blade is 10mm. The two-axis design alternately overlaps and shears each other. The spiral crushing zone is arranged according to the angle of the blades, which can effectively bite, squeeze and tear solid materials and impurities and shear and crush them into uniform particles of about 10mm, effectively ensure the downstream transfer pump valve unobstructed. In addition, if solid materials cannot be cut and crushed during shearing and crushing work, the equipment will automatically reverse and eliminate faults to realize intelligent control of the whole process.
