The main structure of the community garbage sorting machine is composed of a sorting machine, a trash can hoist, and a control system. The core structure of garbage sorting is composed of rough picking, medium picking, fine picking device, bag breaking knife, vibrating grid plate, etc.: garbage sorting is divided into rough picking, mainly including diapers, cartons, wood, etc. for the elderly and children; The second paragraph is medium picking, mainly wine bottles, plastic bottles, etc. The third paragraph is fine picking, mainly hand paper, vegetable leaves, etc; the fourth section is glass slag, small food residue, small gravel and No.5 battery. The fifth section is sewage discharge, which is mainly used to remove sewage. The sorter capacity is 2 t/h, 6 t/h, 10 t/h.20 t/h.

Product Principle

When solid waste enters the entrance of the sorter from the belt conveyor, it is first rotated and sorted by the-segmented large sorting shaft and then sent to the discharge area. The large sorting shaft is provided with three equal line spacing and dozens of spring steel rods to carry out rolling sorting, magnetic absorption, bag breaking and other technological processes for the incoming garbage, and then the second four equal parts are sorted and received, and the sorted old people and children's diapers, cartons, wood, etc. are sent to the belt discharging machine at the first discharge port for packing and processing; two groups of dozens of bag-breaking trapezoidal blades are arranged between the sorting shaft and the second sorting shaft. The garbage sorted through the above-mentioned second shaft is mainly wine bottles, plastic bottles and bricks, etc., which are sorted by the third sixth-equal shaft and then sent to the belt conveyor of the second discharge port by rotation before being fed to the baler; the remaining hand paper, vegetable leaves, small rags, etc. are sent to the belt conveyor of the third discharge port through the vibration of the grid mesh plate and then sent to the baler. The fourth discharge port is mainly the 5th battery, stones, glass and porcelain fragments discharged through the vibrating inclined mesh plate. Finally, the rest is sewage.
