Fleck domestic waste shearing machine is a kind of multi-function energy-saving shearing crusher, the main function is used for the shearing crushing of cans, mineral water bottles, paint buckets and other solid skin-like materials. The equipment is composed of cutting blades, shafts, motors, speed reducers, etc. The crushing chamber is generally composed of dozens or hundreds of hexagonal or octagonal sharp blades. The two-axis design alternately overlaps and shears each other. The spiral crushing zone is arranged according to the angle of the blades. The masseter muscle tearing of solid materials and impurities is more effectively sheared and crushed into uniform small particles of 6-10mm, effectively ensuring energy saving in loading, unloading, storage and transportation. In addition, if solid materials cannot be cut and crushed during the shearing and crushing work, the equipment will automatically reverse and eliminate faults to realize intelligent control of the whole process (automatic control operating system shall be configured).
