Installation Use

Connect the interface flange of the iron removal filter of the liquid pipeline with the liquid output pipeline, so that the liquid flows evenly through the filter, and determine the cleaning cycle after a period of trial. When cleaning, first loosen the clamping screw on the cover, take out the casing cover parts, and then pull out the magnetic rod, and the iron impurities adsorbed on the casing can automatically fall off. After cleaning, install the casing into the cylinder, tighten the clamping screw, and then insert the magnetic rod cover into the casing to continue to use.

Precautions

1. When cleaning, the extracted magnetic rod cover cannot be placed on a metal object to prevent damage to the magnetic rod.

2. The extracted magnetic rod must be placed in a clean place, and there should be no water in the magnetic rod casing.

In the process of liquid transportation, when the liquid passes through the filter, the iron impurities in the slurry are adsorbed on the magnetic rod casing by the magnetic effect of the magnetic rod, which greatly reduces the iron impurities in the liquid slurry and ensures that the next process can effectively control the iron impurity content.
