The thermal energy pump is a new type of technical equipment that converts power into heat. Fleck Thermal Pump Instructions
1.First, install the Fleck heat pump on the indoor horizontal cement floor, pad the anti-vibration rubber pad and fix the frame with the corresponding hole diameter screw. Connect the heat pump compensation water pipe and the hot water pipe outlet produced by the heat pump to the high temperature water pump inlet. The water pump delivers hot water to each heating system (or hot water storage tank) for recycling, and the return water pipe is connected to the heat pump water tank return water pipe.
2.Turn on the power, open all the valves, and start the water pump after entering the heat pump water storage tank. First, let the water be pumped to each heating system for circulation through the water pump to check whether there is leakage of each water pipe connection. After the return water enters the heat pump water storage tank, Then click on the heat pump motor and the motor will turn as indicated by the arrow. If it is found that there is water leakage at the joint between the pump head and the bearing housing of the heat pump, it means that the mechanical seal inside the pump casing is broken, please replace it in time.
3. After the heat pump is running normally, first check whether the current and voltage are normal.
