The design of the shear pumping station has high productivity and efficiency, which can meet the needs of coal production in China. It is mainly used for high-yield fully mechanized mining face with a capacity of more than one million tons, and can also be used as a power source for other large hydraulic equipment.

　　shear pumpIt is a horizontal reciprocating pump with 5 plungers. The pump is driven by a three-phase AC horizontal four-explosion-proof motor. It decelerates through a coupling and a pair of helical cylindrical gears, rotates the crankshaft, and then drives the plunger and connecting rod slider (Crosshead), makes it work through reciprocating motion, sucks and discharges liquid through the intake valve and exhaust valve, converts electrical energy into hydraulic energy, and outputs high-pressure liquid to work on the hydraulic support, the high-pressure outlet of the shear pump is equipped with an adjustable high-pressure safety valve and an automatic unloading valve to ensure the reliability of the hydraulic system. The three-point crankshaft bracket of the pump not only reduces the overall size of the crankshaft, but also greatly improves the reliability of the crankshaft.

1. Preparation and inspection before start-up of shear pump

Observe whether the oil level of the crankcase is normal.

Every shift is to fill the drip tank of the plunger cavity.

Check whether the connecting sleeve between the plunger and the slider is loose and tighten it in time.

Check whether all important connection parts (such as the connection sleeve between the plunger and the slider) are loose, and whether the fastening screws are loose. If found, tighten them in time.

Check whether the pipeline connection is correct and reliable, and whether the fastening screws are loose.

Check the pressure gauge for damage and malfunction.

Open the liquid supply valve.

2. Start

Start the shear pump motor and observe that the motor is in the direction of the arrow on the pump.

3. Precautions in normal operation and inspection of shear pump

Check the oil level in the crankcase at the oil mark of the pump casing. The oil level should not be lower than the red line under the oil mark (during operation). If it is not enough, it should be replenished in time. Add oil to the green line on the oil level. Too high or too high will burn the bearing bush or cause the oil temperature to rise abnormally.

Pay special attention to the working state of the plunger seal, open the middle compartment cover plate, observe the leakage of each plunger seal, allow dripping at the seal packing, but if the liquid leaks too much, the seal must be replaced.

Check whether the unloading valve works normally, whether the opening pressure is correct, and whether the pressure gauge fails.

Pay attention to the sound and temperature of the shear pump at any time, and observe the working conditions. If there is abnormal sound, high temperature (above 80), sharp rise and violent shaking, stop the pump immediately for inspection.

During normal use, the upper cover of the pump cannot be opened to prevent coal dust from entering the pump. The cover plate of the plunger cavity should be covered to prevent debris from entering the slider. When the pump station is working, it is forbidden to open the tank cover to prevent debris from falling into the tank. Pay attention to whether there is leakage and damage to all parts and joints at any time, and deal with any problems found in time.
