How to deal with the heating of the emulsifying machine motor? Dispersed emulsifying machine manufacturers explain for you
dispersion emulsifying machineManufacturers believe that in the parts of the emulsifier, the motor is one of the most important parts. It provides mechanical power for the operation of the emulsifier, and provides sufficient power for the mixing and shearing of the refined materials of the emulsifier. Therefore, the motor plays an important role in the use of the emulsifier. Although the quality of the motor brand configured by Ikai for customers is excellent, due to inadequate inspection and maintenance, it is inevitable that motor failures sometimes occur. Here we look at how to deal with motor fever, as well as the common causes of motor fever.

1. The air gap between the stator and rotor of the motor is very small and it is easy to collide with each other.
dispersion emulsifying machineManufacturers believe that in small and medium-sized motors, the air gap is generally0.2mm ~ 1.5mm, when the air gap is large, the excitation current is required to be large, which affects the power factor of the motor; if the air gap is too small, the rotor may rub or collide. Generally, due to the serious out-of-tolerance of the bearing, the inner hole of the end cover is worn and deformed, and the base, the end cover, and the rotor axis are different, which may cause the motor to heat up or even burn down. If the bearing is found to be worn, it should be replaced in time, and the end cover should be replaced or brushed. A simpler method of handling is to insert the lid.
2. Abnormal vibration or noise of the motor can easily cause the motor to heat up.
Dispersive emulsifying machine manufacturers believe that this situation belongs to the vibration caused by the motor itself, mostly due to poor dynamic balance of the rotor, poor bearing, bending of the rotating shaft, end cover, different base and rotor axis, loose fasteners or uneven motor installation foundation, The installation is not in place, it may also be transmitted from the mechanical end, which should be excluded according to the specific situation.
3. Abnormal operation of the bearing will definitely cause the motor to heat up.
dispersion emulsifying machineThe manufacturer believes that whether the bearing is working properly can be judged by hearing and temperature experience. Check the bearing end by hand or thermometer to determine whether the temperature is within the normal range; you can also use a listening bar(copper bar) touch the bearing housing. If you hear a crash, it means that one or more balls may have been crushed. If you hear a hissing sound, it means that the bearing is short of lubricating oil, and the motor should change the lubricating oil every 3000 to 5000 hours.
4. If the power supply voltage is too high and the current increases, it will overheat.
Dispersion emulsifying machine manufacturers believe that excessive voltage will endanger the insulation of the motor, which may lead to the risk of breakdown. When the power supply voltage is too low, the electromagnetic torque decreases. If the load torque is not reduced and the rotor speed is too low, the increase in the slip rate will cause the motor to overload and heat, and long-term overload will affect the life of the motor. When the three-phase voltage is asymmetric, that is, when the voltage of one phase is high or low, it will cause a phase current to be too large and the motor will heat up. At the same time, when the torque is reduced, it will issueThe "buzzing" sound will damage the winding for a long time.
5. Winding short circuit, turn-to-turn short circuit and phase-to-phase short circuit winding open circuit.
dispersion emulsifying machineManufacturers believe that when the insulation between two adjacent conductors in the winding is destroyed, the two conductors collide, called the winding short circuit. The winding short circuit in the same winding is called inter turn short circuit. A winding short circuit between two-phase windings is called a phase-to-phase short circuit. In either case, the current of one or two phases will increase, causing local heating, insulation aging, and damage to the motor. An open winding is a fault caused by a broken or burned stator or rotor winding of a motor. Whether the winding is short circuit or open circuit, it may cause the motor to heat up or even burn out. Therefore, it must be stopped immediately after this happens.
