Emulsifying machine operation matters needing attention analysis

WhenEmulsion machineWhen placed in the customer's production plant, the actual production will begin. Before operating the emulsifying machine, we must first understand some taboos to prevent man-made accidents. We can check one by one from the following aspects. After checking, we can continue to the next step of production.

1. The power supply must be connected first, and the grounding wire of the emulsifier must be reliably connected to ensure power safety. Otherwise, prone to accidents.
2. After turning on the power, you must move the homogenizing head of the rotary emulsifier and observe the direction of the homogenizing head. From top to bottom, counterclockwise rotation indicates that the power supply is properly connected. If you rotate clockwise, it means that the power supply has been reversed and you should reconnect the power supply.
3. When there is no medium, it is strictly forbidden to run the homogenizing head of the emulsifier to prevent heating, bearing burning and seal deformation.
4. When vacuuming, be sure to fill the vacuum pump water tank first to prevent the vacuum pump from idling. When starting the vacuum pump for the first time, please check whether each vacuum tube is airtight to prevent air leakage and avoid insufficient vacuum.
5. Before closing the vacuum pump of the emulsifier, please close the ball valve in front of the vacuum pump to prevent air exposure. When you need to raise the lid, you must first open the air filter to restore the normal pressure of the pot body, and then perform the lifting operation.
6. It is strictly forbidden to open the vacuum pump without sealing. If you have special needs, do not start it for more than three minutes to prevent damage.
7. When the material needs to be heated, first ensure that there is a heating medium in the jacket of the emulsifier to prevent dry burning and damage to the heating tube.
8. In the process of operating the emulsifier, if abnormal noise occurs, the power must be turned off immediately, and the operation can only be carried out after the cause is found.
9. During the operation of the emulsifying machine, it is strictly forbidden to extend the body parts into the pot to avoid accidents.
10. When cleaning the emulsifier, all power must be cut off to avoid accidents.
