Gas-liquid-solid hypergravity reaction test

Nantong Flake's high-gravity reaction intensification device is suitable for gas-liquid-solid three-phase reaction. The high-gravity reaction strengthening device is a new type of reaction complete equipment which is composed of stirring reactor, tube reactor, high-gravity reactor, condensing anti-tube reactor, flow meter and other equipment. This technology realizes the huge shear force generated by the rotation of packing in the high-gravity environment, the gas-liquid, gas-liquid-solid, liquid-liquid and other non-homogeneous or multi-phase gas-liquid particles are torn into micro-nano-scale liquid micro-elements, so that the interphase mass transfer rate is 2 to 4 orders of magnitude higher than that of the traditional reaction tower, and the micro-mixing and mass transfer processes are greatly strengthened.

After aluminum sulfate, carbon dioxide and sodium hydroxide enter the high-gravity reaction strengthening device for reaction, aluminum carbonate is successfully precipitated, and the test results are successfully recognized by customers.
