Nano-type pulverizer -- Activated carbon grinding test

The nano-type pulverizer is mainly aimed at fully pulverizing, dispersing and emulsifying the agglomerated particles produced by ultrafine materials in the process, as well as crushing, grinding and dispersing and emulsifying materials with high refining requirements such as cell crushing and fine chemicals.

Its main structure is as follows: the converter stator of the Fulek nano-type pulverizer is formed by staggered arrangement and precision matching of hundreds to tens of thousands of uneven teeth in the working cavity, and the shear surface area of the teeth is more than 2 times larger than the plane area of the converter stator. When the material passes through this delicate and narrow channel with staggered teeth, uneven heights, the material must withstand tens of millions of times of strong shearing, high-speed collision, grinding and high-frequency oscillation, therefore, the triangular dog tooth design of the stator is one of the equipment with the highest precision, the most difficult to manufacture and the best effect in the crushing dispersion emulsification equipment, and the fineness is high, the stability is good, and the minimum refinement can reach 0.05 μm.
