Introduction of Garbage Sorting Machine
The domestic waste sorting machine is a solid waste sorting machine in daily domestic waste treatment. Working principle of domestic garbage sorting machine
When solid waste enters the entrance of the sorter from the belt conveyor, it is first rotated and sorted by a segmented large sorting shaft and then sent to the discharge area. The first large sorting shaft is provided with three equal row spacing and dozens of spring steel rods to carry out rolling sorting, magnetic attraction, bag breaking and other technological processes for the fed garbage, and then the second four equal sorting and receiving materials, and the sorted old people and children's diapers, cartons, wood and the like are sent to the belt discharging machine at the first discharging port for packing; in the middle of the first sorting axis and the second sorting axis, two groups of trapezoidal blades with tens of bars are arranged. The garbage sorted by the above two axes is mainly wine bottles, plastic bottles and bricks, which are sorted by the third six-axis and then sent to the belt conveyor of the second discharge port by rotation before being fed to the baler; the remaining hand paper, vegetable leaves, small rags, etc. are sent to the belt conveyor of the third discharge port through the vibration of the grid mesh plate and then sent to the baler. The fourth discharge port is mainly the 5th battery, stones, glass and porcelain fragments discharged through the vibrating inclined mesh plate. Finally, the rest is sewage.
