Emulsion pump-solution emulsification test

Sichuan customer sending test, the original oil-in-water and water-in-oil solution needs to be thoroughly emulsified. Our company uses the test machine type emulsion pumpNo cycle grinding once immediately after the material, to achieve the effect of water and oil not stratified.

Emulsion pump main body structure:

The emulsion pump is designed and manufactured on the concave-convex converter stator with a three-stage grinding and grinding area such as a suction shearing area, a crushing area, a grinding area and a refining area. The plane shear crushing distance after the converter stator is combined is generally 0.05mm (the adjustable distance between the converter stators is (0.01-2mm), the maximum outer diameter can reach 600mm, and the maximum linear speed can reach 120 m/s.

Emulsion pump main function:

The emulsion pump is mainly used in the crushing, grinding, dispersing and emulsifying of fragile particles in various materials, and more energy-saving to improve the reaction dispersion and emulsification process of materials. In the grinding process, the fluid liquid material must pass through a shear zone, a three-stage grinding zone, and ten channels to disperse and refine, and finally extrude from a curve channel of about 0.3mm to form a high-speed, high-pressure, homogeneous and spraying phenomenon, thus more effectively improving the crushing, dispersing and refining ability of particles.
