(1) Do not start the machine without learning or understanding the structure, performance and operating procedures of the machine.
(2) All lubricating parts of the shearing machine should be filled with lubricating oil at least once per shift as required.
(3) The hydraulic oil added to the oil tank should strictly use high-quality anti-wear hydraulic oil, which must be strictly filtered and always maintain sufficient oil volume. Insufficient, should immediately refueling.
(4) The fuel tank should be cleaned and replaced with new oil every six months, but the first time the oil is cleaned and filtered should not exceed one month. The new oil used once is strictly filtered before it is allowed to be used again.
(5) If serious oil leakage or abnormal phenomenon is found during work, stop immediately, analyze the cause, eliminate the fault, and do not force the operation with illness.
(6) inshearing machineDuring operation or packaging, it is forbidden to repair or touch moving parts by hand, and it is forbidden to squeeze the materials in the silo with hands or feet.
(7) When adjusting the pump, valve and pressure gauge, it must be completed by experienced technical workers. If the pressure gauge is faulty, check or update the table immediately.
