Application range of gas-liquid mixing pump

gas-liquid mixing pumpAlso called vortex pump, dissolved air pump, ozone water mixing pump, air flotation pump, air-water mixing pump, mixing pump, aeration pump, gas-liquid pump. The GLM(B) and GLML(B) pumps are a series of horizontally installed self-priming gas-liquid mixing pumps. GLM(B) adopts special motor direct connection structure, GLML(B) adopts standard motor coupling connection. The structure and performance of the pump are imported from abroad. All the flow parts of the pump are made of stainless steel precision casting.

gas-liquid mixing pumpThe suction port can suck gas through negative pressure, so there is no need to use air compressor and atmospheric ejector. The high-speed pump impeller mixes liquid and gas, so there is no need for stirrers and mixers. Due to the pressurized mixing in the pump, the gas and liquid are fully dissolved, and the dissolution efficiency can reach 80-100%. Thus, highly dissolved solutions can be prepared without large pressurized dissolved gas tanks or expensive reaction towers. The gas-liquid ratio is about 1:9 (suction volume 8-10%), which can be used together to increase the suction volume. A gas-liquid mixing pump can attract, mix and dissolve gases and liquids, and send highly soluble liquids directly to the point of use. The pump flow is 1-50m 3/h; the treated water is 1-150m3/h. Therefore, the use of gas-liquid mixing pump can improve the preparation efficiency of dissolved gas and liquid, simplify the preparation device, save space, greatly reduce the initial investment, save operating costs and maintenance costs.

Air flotation equipment, ozone water preparation equipment, oxygen-enriched water preparation equipment, biochemical treatment equipment, etc.

Various temperature adjustment devices for the circulation of heat medium and refrigerant transfer.

Various filtration equipment

Low viscosity liquids such as gasoline, thinners and various solvents are pumped or delivered at high pressure from underground storage tanks.

Spray treatment of clean water, pure water, food, chemical liquid, waste liquid, etc.

Intermittent operation, water hammer, rapid changes in back pressure and other harsh applications. Such as small steam boilers, high-rise water supply, high-pressure water injection into high-pressure tanks, vacuum tank suction, etc.

Collect water samples from rivers or storage tanks, etc. Transport of foamed liquid, liquid in a long horizontal pipe that is prone to bubbles.
