(3) The installation of the shearing machine does not require anchor screws, and diesel engines can be used as power where there is no power supply.

(1) Those who do not understand the structure, performance and operation rules of the machine without learning shall not start the machine without authorization.
(2) As required, add lubricating oil to each lubricating part of the machine at least once per shift.
(3) The hydraulic oil added to the oil tank should strictly use high-quality anti-wear hydraulic oil, must be strictly filtered, and always maintain sufficient oil volume. If it is insufficient, refuel immediately.
(4) The fuel tank should be cleaned every six months and replaced with new oil, but the first cleaning time of the filtered oil should not exceed one month. Used new oil can be reused after strict filtration.
(5) When serious oil leakage or abnormal phenomenon occurs during the work of the shearing machine, stop immediately, analyze the cause, eliminate the fault, and do not force the operation with disease.
(6) During the operation of the machine or the packaging process, it is forbidden to repair or touch the moving parts by hand, and it is forbidden to press the materials in the material box by hand or foot.
(7) The adjustment of pumps, valves and pressure gauges must be carried out by experienced and skilled workers. If the pressure gauge is found to be faulty, it should be checked or updated immediately.
