After the operation, open the discharge switch. After the hydraulic oil return is completed, remove the quick connector sleeve, screw on the ventilation nut, pull out the electric pipe, and turn off the switch.
Hydraulic shear pump maintenance precautions
1. The oil pump uses 20 oil.
2, the oil storage must be higher than the oil window.
3, in each refueling or oil change, the use of more than 80 mesh filter for filtration. When you change the oil, you need to clean the oil tank. Six months for the oil change cycle.
4. The working oil temperature is 10 ℃ to 50 ℃.
5. Before starting the electric pump, open the ventilation nut and turn the switch to the unloading position
6. If the temperature of the motor is too high during use, it should stop running. It can be used after cooling.
7. Hydraulicshear pumpIt has been adjusted before leaving the factory. It cannot be adjusted up at will. When readjustment is required, a pressure gauge must be used.
8. When the high-pressure oil pipe leaves the factory, it has passed the 105Mpa test. However, because the hose is easy to age, the user needs to check frequently, usually for 6 months, and the vortex flowmeter is often used for 3 months. 87.5mpa pressure test shall be conducted during inspection. Do not use if there is damage, bulge or leakage.
9. The cleaning of the bearing is usually once every six months, and grease should be added during assembly.
What should be paid attention to when using hydraulic shear pump?
1. If there is air pumping during use, first loosen the oil drain screw on the pump body, then tighten the oil drain screw vertically downward, and then tighten the oil drain screw to continue using.
2. When using, it is not allowed to increase partial load or overload to avoid damage to the electric jack. When there is a hydraulic shear pump load, do not disassemble the quick connector to avoid accidents and damage to parts.
3. Hydraulicshear pumpWith oil as the medium, the maintenance of the oil and the machine must be done to avoid blockage or oil leakage, which will affect the use effect.
4. New or long-term use of hydraulicshear pumpJack, due to more air in the cylinder, the piston rod may have a slight jump when in use. Can no-load mobile ultra-high pressure large tonnage electric jack 2-3 times, remove the air in the cavity. Therefore, when the electro-hydraulic jack is not used, the ultra-high voltage large tonnage electro-hydraulic jack should be moved 2 to 3 times per month.
