3. During installation, the oil hole of the shaft cavity bushing is still aligned with the oil eye.

4. When installing the grinder screen, the screen ring should be close to the shoulder groove of the machine cavity, otherwise, the screen ring should be damaged when closing the door.

5. Make the sieve ring of the crusher. The unfolded length of the screen shall be determined by the size of the inner shoulder of the screen ring. If the screen is damaged, it should be manufactured by the manufacturer.

6. Install the crusher screen: align the mark when the two screen rings are combined, and then press the screen into the inner ring of the screen. If the screen is too tight, press the screen inward and then push it outward.

If you want to make the crusher work normally, you must also ensure that the installation quality of the equipment is correct. Otherwise, the incorrectly installed equipment will not only fail to start and use normally, but may even cause danger.

(1) The process should be determined according to the use occasion and some drawings, etc., and should be appropriate.

(2) There should be enough space around the crusher equipment for feeding and maintenance work.

(3) The foundation of the equipment should be firm and firm to be able to install the host and motor smoothly.

2. Installation of pulverizer grinder

(1) Generally, since the products of the dust equipment are carried out before leaving the factory, there is no need to perform a balance test on the dust equipment during installation.

(2) Before installing the equipment, necessary inspections should be carried out, and any problems should be dealt with in time.

(3) Check the equipment wiring and check whether the motor rotation direction is correct.

(4) Install as needed. After installation, manually turn the rotor to check whether it rotates flexibly.

Therefore, when installing the shredder, you must pay attention to the above content and install it in strict accordance with the correct way, so that the installation quality of the equipment can be guaranteed to the greatest extent. At the same time, after installing the equipment, a trial operation inspection must be carried out to avoid problems inside the equipment.
