1. Clean and health the emulsifying machine every day.
2. Maintenance of electrical equipment: ensure that the equipment and electrical control system are clean and sanitary, and do a good job of moisture-proof and anti-corrosion. The frequency converter shall be well ventilated and shall be cleaned of dust. If this aspect is not done well, it may have a huge impact on electrical equipment and even burn out electrical equipment. Please note that before maintenance: Before using electrical appliances, you must first turn off the main brake, lock the electrical box with a padlock, and complete the safety signs and safety protection measures correctly.
3. Emulsion machine heating system: The safety valve should be checked regularly to prevent rust, jamming and safety valve failure, and the drain valve should be checked regularly to avoid blockage of debris.
4. Vacuum system: In the vacuum system, especially in the water ring vacuum pump, the homogeneous emulsion pump sometimes burns due to rust or debris blocking the rotor. Therefore, during routine maintenance, please check whether there is any stall phenomenon. The water ring system shall be unobstructed. When starting the vacuum pump during use, if it stops, please stop the vacuum pump immediately, clean the vacuum pump, and then restart it.
5. Sealing system: Emulsion machine has many seals. The mechanical seal should be replaced with a moving ring and a static ring regularly, and the cycle depends on the frequent use of the equipment. The cooling system of the double-ended mechanical seal should be checked regularly to prevent the mechanical seal from burning due to cooling failure. According to the characteristics of the material, the skeleton seal should be made of suitable materials and replaced regularly according to the maintenance manual during use.
6. Lubrication: For motors and reducers, the lubricant should be replaced regularly according to the operation manual. When the emulsifier is often used, the viscosity and acidity of the lubricating oil should be checked in advance, and the lubricating oil should be replaced in advance.
7. During the use of the equipment, the user must regularly send the instrument to the relevant department for verification to ensure the safety of the equipment.
8. If there is an abnormal sound or other problems during the operation of the emulsifying machine, it should be turned off immediately for inspection, and the operation can only be carried out after the fault is eliminated.
