The wet pulverizer is in a high-shear colloid mill. When the motor rotates at a high speed, the material directly enters the high-shear crushing zone from the inlet. Through a special crushing device, some large powder, sticky and lumps in the fluid are quickly crushed. It is then sucked into the shearing and crushing zone, where the rotor and stator blades undergo relatively high-speed cutting in a very narrow working channel, resulting in strong friction and grinding and crushing. Under the action of mechanical movement and centrifugal force, the crushed and refined materials are re-pressed into the fine grinding zone for grinding and crushing.
Wet mill grinding is divided into three levels. The more outward the first-stage grinding disc, the higher the accuracy, the smaller the tooth pitch, and the longer the linear speed, the thinner the ground material, and the fluid gradually extends to the radial curve. The speed of the fluid in all directions changes instantaneously. After passing through the three fine grinding zones, it will experience tens of millions of high-speed shearing, strong friction, extrusion grinding, particle crushing, etc. per minute. After tens of millions of times of shearing, grinding and crushing, the effects of molecular chain breakage, particle crushing and liquid particle tearing are produced.
