Emulsion machine manufacturers: application of emulsifying machine in coating industry

With the development of industry,Emulsion machineespeciallylarge emulsifying machineA wide range of applications, involving all walks of life, includingchemical emulsifying machine,Industrial emulsifying machine, food emulsifying machineWait, today.Emulsifying machine manufacturersLet's take a look at the application of emulsifying machine in the coating industry.

The coating is applied to the surface of the object to be protected or decorated, and may form a continuous film that adheres firmly to the object to be coated. Usually based on resin, or oil, or emulsion, add or not add pigments, fillers, add the corresponding additives, with organic solvents or water made of viscous liquid. If you want to make these substances blend well, you need the help of an emulsifying machine. The emulsifying machine shears, disperses and impacts the material through the high-speed rotation of the homogenizing head connected to the engine. In this way, the material will become more refined and promote the integration of oil and water. The application of coatings is also very extensive, and almost every coating can see the application examples of emulsifying machines.

Emulsion machineIt can be used as the main production equipment for water-based latex paint, water-based wood paint, oil-based paint, waterproof paint, tempering paint, pigment, dye, ink, etc. When using these coatings, it is necessary to know in which production link the emulsifier is used, and it cannot be used blindly, otherwise it will backfire and cause unnecessary waste. Generally speaking, the pre-mixing, dispersing and grinding stages in the production of emulsifying machine coatings are more effective. After these stages, the emulsion should be added. If you continue to use the emulsifier for high-speed mixing and stirring, the performance of the paint will be damaged and the phenomenon of demulsification will occur, and the paint will become like tofu residue.
