Food waste crushing refiner successfully developed, has been put into use!

Recently, Flake's major development project-"Food Waste Crushing"refiner"Declare the development was successful. The equipment is jointly developed by Nantong Flake Fluid Equipment Co., Ltd., Shanghai Fudan University and Shanghai Rising Technology Co., Ltd., and produced by Flake. It is our company's independent intellectual property right. The equipment is a kind of cutting, crushing and refining treatment for kitchen waste such as animal bones, leftovers, shells, crabs, shrimps, peels and leaves that are left in the catering industry, school canteens, hotels and restaurants. After crushing and refining, these kitchen wastes can be directly carried out in the next biological fertilizer production project, and also enter the biogas digester to ferment and produce biogas. At present, the core equipment is officially put into production in Hongqiao area of Shanghai, which not only reduces the cost of garbage disposal, but also produces useful energy and resources, which is of great significance to the sustainable development of economy and society.

The outlet of the crushing grinding equipment can be matched with: slag, pulp extrusion separation equipment, slag, oil, water filtration separation equipment, etc. Kitchen waste crushing and refiner is a combined modular management equipment. The control system is equipped with full-automatic technological processes such as shearing and crushing from material entry into warehouse, automatic liquid addition, magnet treatment, automatic cleaning, particle grinding, slurry refinement, homogeneous transportation, etc. Food waste crushing refiner has the characteristics of low noise, less land occupation, simple operation, safety and reliability, and is favored by food waste treatment plants, school canteens and hotels.
