Scope of application of crushing grinding machine

Structural principle of crushing grinding machine

The crushing grinder is composed of motor, coupling, bearing seat, stainless steel pump body, base and other components. The horizontal flange of the pump body is the inlet and the upward flange is the outlet. The crushing working chamber of the pump body is precisely combined with the rotor and the stator. The rotor of the crushing grinder is composed of a squirrel-cage non-blocking inner cone according to the tooth-shaped blade, the outer triangular overling helical teeth and the rear multi-end grinding device, after precisely matching with the stator, this efficient and unique structural design method can play a variety of functions such as high-speed cutting, centrifugal extrusion, strong crushing, grinding and refinement of particles. The stator of the crushing grinder is a cylindrical multi-group triangular-shaped cutter tooth structure. The triangular-shaped helical teeth of the stator and the multi-group triangular-shaped cutter teeth of the rotor correspond to each other and match each other, and are combined into a perfect crushing area.
