Colloidal mill operation use matters needing attention

Here to tell you about the use of colloid mill operation precautions:

1. Before production, check the colloid mill wire circuit and whether the switch is in normal state.

2. The feeding hopper, discharge port and discharge circulation pipe should be installed before the colloid mill is used.

3. Now the colloid grinding disc has been fixed, except for equipment failure maintenance, in principle, no gap adjustment is carried out during use and cleaning.

4. The colloid mill is a high-precision machinery with high operating speed. During the working process of the colloid mill, the operator must not leave, and always pay attention to whether the discharge is normal. In the boot state, it is strictly prohibited to put your hand into the hopper.

5. No sharp hard substances are allowed to be mixed into the processed materials. At the same time, attention should be paid to prevent foreign bodies from falling into the hopper of the colloid mill during operation. Once foreign bodies are found, stop the machine immediately.

6. Do not idle to avoid damage to the mechanical seal. Stop the machine in time when the fault is found, and use it after troubleshooting. It is forbidden to repair the equipment and clean the inside of the equipment by hand under the starting state.

7. After the colloid mill is used, it should be thoroughly cleaned to prevent the material from remaining in the machine to avoid leakage caused by mechanical seal bonding.
