The high-speed crushing pump has a wide application range, good energy-saving effect, simple operation, convenient use, and no vibration and noise. The main structure of the rotating stator of the high-speed crushing pump: it consists of high-speed motor, connecting device and pump casing. The pump casing is provided with an inlet and outlet flange. The working chamber of the pump body is a crescent knife, a double-blade cutter, a four-blade double-edged shearing knife, a large-hole stator, a multi-leaf double-edged shearing knife, a small-hole stator, and a centrifugal fan blade. High-speed pulverizing pump working principle

The longer the speed, the finer and finer the material, and the fluid gradually curves toward the radial direction. The direction velocity of each fluid changes instantaneously, and is subjected to tens of millions of high-speed shears per minute, strong friction, extrusion grinding, particle pulverization, etc., in tens of millions of high speeds passing through three refining zones. After shearing, grinding and pulverizing, the liquid molecular chain breakage, particle pulverization, liquid particle tearing and the like are produced to fully achieve the purpose of dispersion, pulverization, emulsification, homogenization and refinement. The minimum fineness of the liquid material can reach 0.5μm, and the ordinary conveying head can reach 3-6 meters.
