Fine dispersion emulsifier main structure
The fine dispersion emulsifier is designed and manufactured on the concave-convex stator to produce a three-stage pulverizing grinding zone such as a suction shearing zone, a crushing zone, a grinding zone and a refining zone. Generally 0.05mm (adjustable distance between the stator and stator is (0.01-2mm), the maximum outer diameter can reach 600mm, and the maximum linear speed can reach 120m/s.
The main function of fine dispersion emulsifier
The fine dispersion emulsifier is mainly applied to the pulverization, grinding, dispersion and emulsification of the friable particles in each material, and the material reaction dispersion emulsification process is more energy-saving and efficient. During the pulverization and grinding process, the fluid liquid material must pass through a shear zone, a three-stage grinding zone, and ten channels of dispersion and refinement, and finally extrude from a curved channel of about 0.3 mm to form a high-speed, rolling, homogenizing, and spray phenomenon. Therefore, the pulverization, dispersion and refining ability of the particles are more effectively improved.
Fine dispersion emulsifier working principle
The fine dispersion emulsifier directly enters the high shear fracture zone from the inlet under the high-speed rotation of the motor. Through a special pulverizing device, some large particles, sticky blocks, agglomerates and other particles in the fluid are quickly broken, and then Intake shear comminution zone, in the very narrow working aisle, due to the relatively high speed cutting of the rotor blade and the stator blade, resulting in strong friction and grinding and breaking. Under the action of mechanical motion and centrifugal force, the pulverized and refined material is re-pressed into the fine grinding zone for grinding and crushing. The fine grinding distinguishes three grades. The more the first-stage grinding disc is extended, the higher the pitch is, the smaller the pitch is. The longer the speed, the finer and finer the material, and the fluid gradually curves toward the radial direction. The direction velocity of each fluid changes instantaneously, and is subjected to tens of millions of high-speed shears per minute, strong friction, extrusion grinding, particle pulverization, etc., in tens of millions of high speeds passing through three refining zones. After shearing, grinding and pulverizing, the liquid molecular chain breakage, particle pulverization, liquid particle tearing and the like are produced to fully achieve the purpose of dispersion, pulverization, emulsification, homogenization and refinement. The minimum fineness of the liquid material can reach 0.3μm, and the conveying head can reach 3-6 meters.
