High shear emulsifier (also known as high shear homogenizer, high shear emulsification pump), its working principle is that under the high speed drive of the motor, the material moves at high speed in the narrow gap between the multilayer rotor and the stator. Under the action of a special structure, the material is subjected to high-speed shearing of several hundred thousand times or even millions of times per minute in the working chamber, forming a strong hydraulic shearing and turbulent flow, so that the material is simultaneously centrifuged and squeezed. The process of fully dispersing, homogenizing, emulsifying, crushing, refining and mixing is obtained under the coordination of comprehensive forces such as grinding, collision and pulverization. The more the number of rotating stator layers in the working cavity, the larger the shearing surface, and the better the effect. Material refinement up to 0.5μm. 高剪切乳化机工作原理是在电机的高速驱动下，物料在多层转子与定子之间的狭窄内高速运动，

在某种特殊结构作用下使物料在工作腔内承受每分钟几十万次甚至上百完成的高速剪切，形成了强烈

的液力剪切和湍流，使物料在同时产生离心、挤压、研磨、碰撞、粉碎等综合作用的协调下得到充分

分散、均质、乳化、破碎、细化、混合等工艺要求。工作腔内的转定子层数越多，剪切面越大，效果

越好。物料细化度最高达0.5μm。实现了集分散、均质、粉碎、乳化、混合、溶解、悬浮、输送等为

一体的多功能设备。使您的产品更出色更上品味。

高剪切乳化机由电动机、连接体、均质头等组成，联接体一般采用无缝管焊接而成，

均质头是由均质壳体、转子、定子、密封等组成，机械密封采用硬质内装型密封。适应温度在-30至

200度之间，转子、定子采用优质不锈钢锻压制造，还根据物料的需要可对转定子进行氮化处理，使

转子定子更耐磨，更耐腐蚀，转子与定子之间的间隙为0.1-0.4mm；定子一般为长槽、网孔、圆孔等。

层次可分为单级2层-10层、三级12层-24层。（剪切面与层数相等）一般来说层次越多，剪切率越大，

细化度越好，但值得注意的是，效果的好坏，真正关键是转子齿条的形状、转定子角度、剪切面精度

有关。侧面法兰为进口，上面法兰为出口。
