High-shear colloid mill is a kind of high-efficiency energy-saving equipment unique in the fluid wet-grinding and grinding industry. It is the first domestically produced wet-grinding grinding and dispersing emulsification equipment and has advanced technology, multiple functions, high efficiency and energy saving. 

The high-shear colloid mill is designed and manufactured on the concave-convex stator to produce a three-stage crushing and grinding area such as a suction shearing zone, a crushing zone, a grinding zone and a refining zone. The distance is generally 0.05mm (the adjustable distance between the stator and the stator is (0.01-2mm), the maximum outer diameter is up to 600mm, and the maximum linear speed is up to 120m/s.

High shear colloid mill working principle:

The high-shear colloid mill directly enters the high-shear crushing zone from the inlet under the high-speed rotation of the motor. Through a special pulverizing device, some large-sized particles, sticky blocks, agglomerates and other particles in the fluid are rapidly broken. Then, the shear pulverization zone is sucked, and in a very narrow working aisle, the rotor blade and the stator blade are relatively high-speed cut to generate strong friction and grinding breakage. Under the action of mechanical motion and centrifugal force, the pulverized and refined material is re-pressed into the fine grinding zone for grinding and crushing. The fine grinding distinguishes three grades. The more the first-stage grinding disc is extended, the higher the pitch is, the smaller the pitch is. The longer the speed, the finer and finer the material, and the fluid gradually curves toward the radial direction. The direction velocity of each fluid changes instantaneously, and is subjected to tens of millions of high-speed shears per minute, strong friction, extrusion grinding, particle pulverization, etc., in tens of millions of high speeds passing through three refining zones. After shearing, grinding and pulverizing, the liquid molecular chain breakage, particle pulverization, liquid particle tearing and the like are produced to fully achieve the purpose of dispersion, pulverization, emulsification, homogenization and refinement. The minimum fineness of the liquid material can reach 0.5μm and the conveying head can reach 3-6 meters.
