Rubber asphalt colloid mill structure:

The grinding chamber of the rubber asphalt colloid mill is designed by Fleck FLECK's unique VIP multi-functional process. It truly realizes many processes from fluid suction to high-speed mixing, from high shear to crushing and grinding to the highest level of cone homogenization. Multiple processes are completed in one step. The stator and shell of JTM-4M colloid mill can be equipped with cooling and insulation jacket. The material of the material contact part is made of high quality stainless steel, and the rotating stator is made of high quality material with wear and acid resistance.

Fleck JTM-4M asphalt colloid mill adopts advanced rotary stator adjustment technology at home and abroad. It is very simple to operate. As long as the colloid mill is started, the adjustment disc at the inlet is manually retracted 1-2 times. The stator will axially retreat to open the rotor and stator. The gap between them is 1-3mm, and the adhesion between the rotor and the stator is eliminated at the same time, avoiding the increase of the product temperature during startup and reducing the energy consumption during startup. When the motor reaches the normal speed after starting, the stator adjustment plate is adjusted forwardly. The interstitial region ensures that the particles in the fluid are sheared and homogenized optimally during comminution. In order to ensure that each material has the same quality and yield in one crushing and grinding process, Fleck FLECK has made a unique structure in manufacturing to design the pitch of the stator to stepless pitch, in the first overgrinding fluid. When the particles are in the grinding gap, the gap between the rotating stators can be reduced according to the actual situation to ensure the yield and fineness.

The main principle of rubber asphalt colloid mill:

The Fuller JTM-4M asphalt colloid mill can mainly perform high-speed homogenization mixing of materials with solid particles or liquids that have not been uniformly mixed by spiral feeding. The fluid enters the second shear zone and is large in the fluid. The granules enter the high-speed shear pulverization area with the cone-shaped coarse-toothed knives. Under the action of the high-speed centrifugal force of the rotor, the large particles in the fluid are cut, pulverized and mixed with the teeth of the stator. Pressing into the colloidal grinding zone, the gap in the grinding zone becomes smaller, the tooth pitch becomes shorter, the number of teeth doubles, and the shearing rate increases continuously. The particles in the fluid are refined after high-speed shearing and grinding, and then enter the homogenization zone. The Fleck JTM-4M asphalt colloid mill, which is in the leading position in the industry, incorporates more advanced design concepts into advanced equipment, and has a tapered homogenizing knife mounted on the extension of the colloid mill. The line speed is longer and the homogeneous micro-emulsification effect is better.
