The colloid mill grinding chamber is designed by Fleck FLECK's unique VIP cone-arc diversified process to truly realize the polymer modified asphalt from inhalation. Mixing, from grinding to shearing to homogenization, is done in one step. The stator and the shell of the colloid mill are equipped with a thermal insulation jacket. The materials of the material contact part are made of high quality stainless steel, and the rotating stator is made of high quality materials with wear and acid resistance. Fleck FLECK cone colloid mill adopts advanced rotary stator adjustment technology at home and abroad. It is very simple to operate. As long as the colloid mill is started, the adjustment disc at the inlet is manually retracted 1-2 times. The stator will axially retreat and pull between the rotor and the stator. The gap of 1-3mm, at the same time eliminates the adhesion between the rotor and the stator to avoid the increase of the product temperature during startup and reduce the energy consumption during startup. When the motor reaches the normal speed after starting, the stator adjustment plate is adjusted forward to a reasonable clearance area. Ensure that the modified asphalt production with a polymer content of up to 20% is ground and homogenized at optimum conditions. In order to ensure that each material has the same quality and output in one crushing and grinding process, Fleck FLECK has made a unique structure in manufacturing to design the pitch of the rotating stator as stepless pitching. When the polymer particles are ground, the grinding gap is adjusted to a little larger. 1The main principle of Fleck FLK-C cone colloid mill

  The Fuller FLK-C type cone colloid mill can mainly pulverize and mix the material with solid particles in the form of spiral suction pulverization. The tooth knife blade enters the high-speed pulverizing area, and under the action of the high-speed centrifugal force of the rotor, the large particles in the fluid are squeezed, pulverized and mixed with the teeth of the stator, and then the fluid is pressed into the fox-shaped grinding zone, due to The gap in the fox-shaped grinding zone becomes smaller, the pitch becomes shorter, the number of teeth doubles, and the shear enthalpy rate increases continuously. The particles in the fluid are refined under high-speed shear pulverization and then enter the refining zone, due to the grinding in the refining zone. The teeth are increasing, the gap is getting narrower, the line speed is getting longer and longer, and the grinding effect is best when the stator gap is adjusted to a minimum of 0.05 mm.   2. Coarsely divided area: The coarsely divided area is composed of dozens of thick chutes and stator cone type rat-type cone-shaped teeth. The taper is generally 2-4 degrees, which acts as a mixing and pulverizing coarse grinding feed.

  3. Grinding area: The grinding area is composed of a fox-shaped rotating stator with a variety of intermediate-stage cogging, which plays the role of crushing and fine grinding. The adjustable distance during grinding is 0.6-3mm.

  4. Fine grinding area: The fine grinding area is composed of thousands of fine teeth with high precision. The adjustable distance during grinding is 0.01-3mm. It acts as an ultrafine abrasive.

  5. Homogenization zone: The homogenization zone is composed of four sets of shear racks. The longer the linear velocity is, the better the micro-emulsification effect is.
