The kelp shear refiner is mainly suitable for shearing, crushing and grinding pulping of kelp, seaweed and other leaf and root materials.

Product Features

(1) It has strong crushing, dispersing, emulsifying, homogenizing, mixing and conveying functions, and continuous operation and gap operation do not affect the life of the equipment.

(2) Silent design, easy installation, good dynamic balance, no vibration, no noise, optional double (single) mechanical seal.

(3) 304, 316L, 2205 and 2Cr13 can be selected as the materials for rotating grinding. Nitriding treatment or tungsten carbide infiltration can be carried out. The gap can be adjusted and the adjustment distance is 0.01~2mm.

Product Principle

The complete set of kelp shearing refiner equipment is combined with kelp shearing, crushing, refining and other equipment. First, the large-leaf kelp is cut into small pieces of about 10-20mm, then the shearing machine is cut and broken into 1-3mm at high speed, and then the ultrafine refiner is used to grind and refine.

The main structure of the 1. roughing machine is composed of two-axis and several-pick-up blades. Under the transmission of the motor and the reducer, the two-axis shear blades bite each other to form a strong shear force to shear and crush large pieces of materials to discharge particles, generally about 10mm-20mm.

The 2. grinding refiner is mainly designed in a pump body working cavity into a suction mixing, shear crushing, grinding three devices, each device combination cleverly reasonable arrangement in a concave and convex plate surface, and in high-speed operation to coordinate with each other precision. The cutter tooth combination of each device has different angles, and the material gradually extends outward under the action of high-speed centrifugal force, and the kelp particles are getting finer and finer during the high-speed grinding and grinding process.

Note: The user provides relevant parameters of material characteristics, or brings materials to the production base for on-site testing, and the manufacturer selects the internal structure of the grinding disc according to the characteristics of the medium.
