Solid liquid siphon mixing pump features:

① The combination of solid-liquid siphon mixing pump and vertical emulsifying machine enables the solid powder to be homogeneously mixed in the liquid instantly, and the powder material is synchronously completed in various processes such as mixing homogenization, dispersion emulsification, crushing and dissolution through circulation under the condition of online closure, thus improving the production efficiency;

② solid-liquid siphon mixing pump through high-speed rotation to produce vacuum powder siphon and pump liquid for high-speed mixing transport, to avoid dust flying, improve the production of health environment, save labor resources, suitable for liquid ingredients and a variety of solid-liquid cycle mixing continuous production;

The solid-liquid siphon mixing pump can be non-standard customized according to the characteristics of the material. The stator and rotor are made of alloy stainless steel. After special heat treatment process, it has wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
