The slag refiner is a new type of slag crushing and refining equipment. It is widely used in various fine chemicals, petrochemicals and other alkali slag, coal slag, slag and other small and brittle granules and various residues of pulverizing and refining. It is designed and manufactured on the special rotating stator to produce a multi-purpose new slurry pump with a combination of shearing zone, crushing zone, refining zone and conveying zone. The residue must be used in the process of crushing and refining. After mixing with water or liquid, it can enter the pulverizing pump through the pipeline. After entering the slag refiner pump body, the cutting blade first impacts the large particles by impact shearing, pulverization, grinding and refining. The slag refiner is designed and manufactured on a special rotating stator to produce a multi-purpose new slurry pump with a combination of shearing zone, crushing zone, refining zone and conveying zone. It is widely used in the crushing and refining of various kinds of residues such as alkali residue, cinder, dregs and slag. In the process of pulverizing and refining, the residue must be mixed with water or liquid before entering the pulverizing pump through the pipeline. After entering the slag refiner pump body, the cutting blade is used to impact the large particles by impact shearing, pulverization, grinding and refining.

The shell of the slag refiner is generally made of 304 or wear-resistant alloy steel. The rotating stator is made of high wear-resistant high-alloy forging and quenched or treated with tungsten carbide or gold-plated steel grit. The cutting and pulverizing distance is generally 0.3 mm (the adjustable distance between the rotating stators is (0.3-8 mm), and the conveying head can reach 3-20 meters.

All residues entering the slag refiner must be brittle solids and liquid mixtures such as fragile crystals, agglomerates, and filter cakes. It is strictly forbidden to enter the pump body with metal materials such as iron wire, nails and nuts. The solid particle content of the material is ≤50%. The material mixture must have fluidity. The maximum feed particle size of the large-diameter slag refiner is about 100mm. After pulverizing and refining The discharge pellets are based on user needs.
